Church services resume
This morning's state government review of Melbourne's COVID-19 restrictions means that we can resume our regular services with some practical changes:
masks must be worn at all times, except when reading a lesson or eating or drinking;
Sat@6 and upcoming funerals will be in the main nave church as the Pioneer Chapel is limited to 25 people;
sidespeople are now re-designated as "COVID Marshalls" whose role is to continue to ensure that everyone checks in using the QR code;
Wednesday 10.30am service resumes tomorrow.
A service at Classic Residences will be held on Tuesday at 10am, and at Mayflower on Wednesday next week at 2pm. The service at Cabrini Brighton may also recommence next week.
Memorial services and funerals
The funeral service for Jacqui Woodyatt, and the memorial services for Stewart Bolles and for James Tsindos will be held next week. Due to the limited numbers permitted to attend, these services will be by invitation only.
